Our process is 3 step:
- As the chicken begins to heat in the oil, the moisture inside starts to vaporize, locking in the natural juices.
- Since the natural juices can no longer force their way out of the food, up to 75% are retained which gives the chicken a natural juicy flavor.
- The pressure builds up creating a minor turbulence in the oil, causing the food to tumble gently and cook evenly and thoroughly.
